Full Board cancellation policy
Villa Escalesia will put a courtesy hold on the property for 5 days without a deposit, allowing you time to secure your flights. On the 6th day the reservation will be automatically cancelled unless a deposit is paid and received. To confirm your reservation, we require a 20% deposit. Full and final payment is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.

  • Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to arrival; full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations received 89 days to 61 days prior to arrival; 50% cancellation fee / 50% refund on deposit.
  • Cancellations received 60 days to 46 days prior to arrival; 100% cancellation fee on deposit.
  • Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival; 100% cancellation fee.

Diamond Package cancellation policy
Villa Escalesia will put a courtesy hold on the property for 5 days without a deposit, allowing you time to secure your flights. On the 6th day the reservation will be automatically cancelled unless a deposit is paid and received. To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit. Full and final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

  • Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to arrival; 20% cancellation fee / 80% refund on deposit.
  • Cancellations received 89 days to 61 days prior to arrival; 50% cancellation fee / 50% refund on deposit.
  • Cancellations received 60 days to 46 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee on deposit.
  • Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% cancellation fee.

High Season Cancellation policy (High season is 19 December to 2 January)
Cancellations received anytime on any tariff; no refunds.

Please note: we cannot refund monies to credit cards due to the insecure satellite connections to the Islands. In the case of refunds, we require the guest’s bank account details to directly transfer monies owing from our bank in Miami, Florida. We do not keep any guest bank account details on file. Once they have been used for that “one off” transaction, all guest bank account details are deleted from our systems, for security reasons.
